On Wednesday 18th June from 1pm-3pm, a Key Skills
workshop is being held at Low Bank Road with children from local
schools in attendance along with a handful of Wigan Warriors
players.
On
20th July, the Bears are doing a sponsored bike ride to raise funds for
the club. Anyone who wishes to participate is more than welcome if they
have their own bike and sponsorship forms will be available soon.
On
the 2nd of August the club is having a bowling and BBQ day at Garswood
Hall Bowling Club.

Open Age are training from 6.45-8pm on Tuesday's and
Thursdays. Training on a Tuesday is at St Edmund Arrowsmith school
all-weather pitch, while Thursday is at Selwyn Jones.

Ashton Bears ARLFC Under 8's - A
new and exciting team is about to start as Ashton ARLFC are starting an
under 8's team with training on Saturdays at 10am until 11am. Danny Parkinson and
Ste Naylor will be coaching the team as the club look to building
talent for the future!
